Integration from OpenCV in the Smartphones platforms, IPhone, Ipad and Android

- Integration of openCV library into mobile platforms

- Compilation of openCV from source to include OpenCV extra modules.

- Implement feature detection algorithms: BRISK, SURF, SIFT with feature matching algorithms: Flann, Brute-force

- Performance Tests to compare all the algorithms.
